Important Notices for Meeting times

Board Meeting starts at 7:30 a.m.

Finance Committee (ALL Chapter Presidents) 7:45 a.m.

General meeting: 9:45 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Please make sure you call well enough in advance to insure that

you have a room if you are staying overnight. 

At the State Meeting on June 20^th 2009,

it was agreed that Chapters who require overnight lodging will incur their

own expense for rooms. State will no longer pay for rooms at State meetings.

Mileage will be reimbursed.

Check in time is after 4:00 P.M.
